If you do not have an LID account, please apply for service on the Application for Residential Service page
Lathrop Irrigation District bills are produced at the beginning of each month. Payment is due upon receipt, and bills become delinquent after 15 days. if your bill becomes delinquent, your service may be disconnected and a deposit of up to three times the highest monthly bill may be required.
If your payment is late, you'll incur a $5 fee for the first instance. For subsequent late payments, a 1.5% fee will be applied
Occasionally, we all have a problem arise that prevents us from keeping up. if you need a little extra time to make your payment, please contact us before your bill becomes delinquent to make an arrangement to prevent your service from being disrupted.
Please note, once service has been disrupted power cannot be restored until the bill has been paid in full and a deposit is on file.
